I didn't get a hot score on my SAT (I will retake it though) and I'm taking the ACT in March. But based solely off what I've posted and not standardized test scores, do I have a good chance of getting in to any of these colleges?

It’s hard to say without test scores, but assuming that they match the rest of your resume, I’d say you’ll easily get into all but UCLA, Michigan, and Illinois. You’ll probably still get into those three as well, but not quite as safely as the rest. Shine in your essays and such, and pump up that SAT score above the 2100+ range.
