Mid terms are really bad, what to send as school reports?

From 4th to 12th grade, there are only two terms in my school (or schools;changed in 11th), in addition to the board exams in 10th and 12th. Now there is a problem. In my school, there is an attitude of not giving importance to the midterms, so we take it without worrying much. For eg. my marks from 7th grade have improved by a factor of more than 4% in the finals.

Instance: 83% in 7th midterm (in Sept) 88% in finals (in JAN)
74% in 8th midterm 78% in finals
76% in 9th midterm 79% in finals
71% in 10th midterm 76% in pre-boards and 93% in boards (just goes onto to show the importance of boards)
Throughout been in top 10%...Rank around late twenties or early thirties out of 400 students
11th became more complicated
73% in midterms and 79% in finals ...fell out of top 10% 128th rank out of about 1000 students

Now, I'm currently in 12th and just given my midterms and they have been the worst ever due to SAT prep and illness at 11th hour. Around 60% I can expect. Results aren't out but gonna be pretty bad.

But There is one thing, I am applying for class of 2020, that means a year hiatus. By time of applications next year, I'm gonna have my 12th board marksheet and and also the 12th pre-boards. Pretty confident of solid performance in both. So should I send in all the three exam marks, showing improvement of 15-20% on the midterms and another 15% on the preboards (like in 10th) and explain my illness on the essay. Or scrap the midterm marks and send pre-board marks and the board marks? What would be better?

P.S. : SAT scores should be good. Taking it on the 8th Nov and with 40 days left, I am scoring >2100 on Practice Tests on the Blue Book. Should get around 2300. Also taking the ACT on 13th Dec and that should be as good. Extremely optimistic about Subject tests. should get near perfect in all of them ( phy,chem,math-2). EC's should be fine. Only problem the midterm marks. Please help.

THANK YOU for your patience.
