mid year exams!

i just had a history one today. honors modern world... the teacher seems like a nazi, all semester giving us quizzes every day, not teaching a thing in class, and making us go home, read a chapter, and take notes and do homework questions which were endless and took about 2 hours a night. we would have the hardest tests/quizzes and she would be a about essays. our school gives all honors modern world classes the same test.

100 multiple choice
& 7 paragraph essay

it was the easiest modern world test i've ever taken. now i'm glad this teacher gave us all that work. it was such an easy test! (for me at least)

now i'm not as sure about math....=/

haha anyone else having a surprisingly good day??

I had something like that happen last year for the physics final. The tests were ridiculously hard, but the final was like, 'What is 2 + 2?' The teacher also went over every question and gave the answer before the test, which was very 'helpful'.

yeah it sucks to have a hard teacher DURING the year, but you usually end up appreciating all the hard work with APs, SAT IIs, etc

yeahh, i have an honors biology teacher who is very challenging and hard and difficult.

but i really want to do other courses junior and senior year such as:
honors anatomy and physiology
honors microbiology and genetics

and she teaches them all! she is probably great preparation though...

last year I had the world's hardest Algebra II class.

Pre-calc is a breeze now.

i had latin today and had finished the first six pages before anyone else- it was a breeze
then i got to translations and stared at four sentences for over an hour and was the last one to hand in my test. i didn't know a single word on the page

In the middle of my Math midterm (today and tomorrow), and so far it's been really easy. But, to be honest, every test in Math this year has been easy...
