Do admitted students have to submit a mid year report?

This varies for colleges but it does not appear U of Minn requires mid-year report. They do require the final transcript.

If you’ve been admitted already then they won’t ask for a mid-year report or transcripts. You will need to submit final transcripts, as @paveyourpath is saying, but that’s something that all colleges require.
