<p>There is a two page mid year report available at the place where you apply online, and a one page one if you download the app. Does it make a diff which one I give in?(i applied online)</p>
<p>For the stuff I had to mail in for ED I ripped the sheets off the paper application (did the rest online) and I believe the report from the book is the one that my guidance office has on file, so no I dont' think it matters.</p>
