Mid-year reports.

Hello,

I sent in my Lafayette application on 8th Jan. All materials were received by the admission office, except for my mid-year reports. Now, I have taken a gap year and have applied as a Freshman. I graduated from high school last year. So, I won't have a mid-year report. I received an email from the admissions office about a month ago that the mid-year reports were missing, and that my application will not be reviewed till they are received. I thought that that issue will be resolved in a few days, but weeks have passed and I haven't received an email stating that my application is complete. I sent an email to the admissions officers yesterday explaining this, and I haven't received a reply.

Is it possible that the college didn't review my application because of this ?

D just resolved a similar issue at rochester. She too graduated last year. She called the AO and AO said that the computer showed that she had completed four years of high school, so she was good to go. The computer would continue to show that her mid-year report was incomplete. You could call the AO. Never hurts to touch base with the AO now and then.

Thank you! I’ll call them first thing on Monday.
