Mid Year Reports

<p>On my application status, it says "Further Review Required"
and further down it says:</p>

<p>Mid yr/second quarter grades Second Trimester Grades Not yet received/processed</p>

<p>What form do I use to turn in my mid year report? They don't use common app, so I don't think I should use that form.
Also, I couldn't find a form on their website.
What form did you use? Is there a specific form? If so, can you direct me to it?</p>

<p>It also says: Second Trimester Grades, but second trimester will be over in a month/month and a half - should I just turn in my first trimester grades?</p>

<p>I asked my GC what to do a while ago, he said that the HS has a form they’ll use to report grades.<br>
Maybe your school has a similar system?</p>
