what do you think the best for a kid who wants to apply to a good MD school
Public school such as Monta Vista or middle college programme?
is it true that middle college may restrict the number of scholarship a student get when he admitted to a college because some scholarship are for freshmen only
How admission commission of top colleges consider graduation of middle college?
will it be advantages vs high school (but very good one)?

Most colleges’ criteria for being a transfer student involve taking college courses after high school graduation, so college courses taken while still in high school do not change the classification. But check each college to be sure.

Probably the main advantage of taking college courses during high school is the opportunity to take more advanced courses than normally available in high school (e.g. college courses more advanced than the college frosh level that high school AP courses approximate). But that advantage may be useful only for the more advanced high school students. There may also be a somewhat greater variety of courses available at a college than at a high school (e.g. philosophy, sociology, foreign languages other than Spanish and French, geography, anthropology, etc.).

Note also that actual college courses do require the student to have more self-motivation to do the work with less hand-holding and supervision than high school courses (including AP courses). A high school student taking actual college courses must be ready to handle that expectation.

For pre-med and pre-law students, grades earned in college courses taken while in high school will count toward GPA when applying to medical or law school. This can be good if the student gets all A or A+ grades, but bad if the student gets a lot of B+ or lower grades.
