Are relatively significant MS achievements allowed in an app? Such as 4th place in state geo bee, 4th in national christian school spelling bee, 2nd in state math competition, school merit scholar, etc? Given these aren't amazing achievements, but spread over many subjects like this, they could say something about a student. Would it be useful to include these?

I think highschool only unless it’s a super huge large big enormous national or international award

Read the application. If it says it’s limited to high school, then don’t put middle school achievements. If it doesn’t say anything about being limited to high school, then put whatever you want.

Maybe if it was the last semester of your 8th grade year. Generally apps will ask for a year…and it would be like the same year as your freshman yr of HS.

In most apps it states things you have done from freshman year until seniors year.

You should only list HS honors and awards, because MS happened … well … ages ago and so has little bearing on your app, unless it’s something extremely significant. The things that you listed would be okay to put down if you did it in HS, but it should not be on your app if you did it in MS.
