Middlebury deadline!

<p>well, middlebury's pre-application deadline is 15th December. Since, i have also applied for the fee waiver, i have to send that in too by the 15th. Middlebury allows me to fax in the fee-waiver request.
What i want to know is whether it would be fine if i fax the request on monday(i.e deadline day) or do all forms need to be submitted BEFORE the 15th?</p>
