<p>High school graduates who have yet to start college can apply, and they are considered on a case-by-case basis.</p>

<p>I'm going to do Portuguese immersion one summer. My college doesn't offer it but since I'm nearly fluent in Spanish and will be taking Italian and more French in college, I figure immersion would make it quick to pick up.</p>
