I have applied to these four schools for biology and molecular biology majors. I want to go to a mdeical school afterwards.
Which one of these is better for pre med?
Could you recommend any other schools for pre med? I still have time to apply.
None of those schools are “better” than the others.
Pre-med is an intention and taking a particular subset of courses to fulfill med school admission requirements. You can be a successful pre-med at just about any college in the country. The required courses are mostly intro level and are offered everywhere. Developing the expected pre-med ECs can be done anywhere. And prepping for the MCAT is something you do on your own (and something no college will help you with).
Pick the undergrad that offers you the best combination of fit, affordability and opportunity.
Fit because happier students tend to earn better grades. Affordability because med school is breath-takingly expensive and you need to minimize your undergrad debt. Opportunity because college is a time to grow and explore. Also because 70% (or more) of freshmen pre-med change their mind about med school and pursue other careers.
