Midterm Report - Question

<p>I applied to transfer to a school that lists their application deadline as February 1st (preferred filing date) but accepting materials until May 15. I was told by someone on CC that people who apply by the Feb. 1st date (which I did) should hear back in late March.</p>

<p>In terms of the midterm report, it says March 1st (preferred filing date) but also accepting until May 15th. </p>

<p>So my question is - do I need to send it in by March 1st? Do you think it would affect my ability to get a decision in late march if I send it later? Also - if I do plan to send it for March 1st - how long before that deadline is it appropriate to send it in? I'd want to get it taken care of sooner rather than later but I also don't want it to be inappropriately early.</p>

<p>Sorry this is a little convoluted - I'd really appreciate any help/insight!

<p>Some schools process applications on a rolling basis; available spots fill up quickly. I’d suggest to try and send it before the actual deadline.</p>
