Are there midterms at Auburn, like in high school?

Also, since there are kids at Auburn from all over, is there an option offered for students who cannot go home during dorm closures?

Well I just took my final exams. As for midterms, well not really, it depends on the professor. For example in my COMP 1200 class we had 2 tests and the final, so it was more like a “1/3 term”.

As for dorm closures, unfortunately there really aren’t any more options, though if you have a nice RA they will probably let you stay an extra day or two.

There are midterms in most lecture classes. But the professors may not post the midterm grades at Auburn University Blackboard website. If they do, parents can check the students’ grades if allowed permission (password protected) to do so by the students. That can be helpful to parents to know whether the students are doing well in school. Due to privacy concern, parents cannot ask for students’ grades from the professors without permission from the students.
