I am going to end the semester with two B’s for two math AP classes. I usually get A’s, but something happened with my family which caused me to perform not as well during the 2nd quarter. However, my other classes do not demonstrate this fact as I somehow was able to end up with A’s in those classes. I plan to major in engineering, and since one of the classes I have a B in is AP Calc, I am worried if I should even bother to tell my guidance counselor to include this information in the midyear report. I am hesitant because I am not sure if it is even worth mentioning, or will it make me look like a complainer.
