<p>I am an Italian student who graduated early from high school. My dilemma is: having finished high school and taken a year off, should I send the midyear report? I'm using the commonapp, but in the "Supplement Section", there is a "secondary report", "midyear report" and a "final report". Which of the 3 I must send? By the way, I've graduated this year in July.</p>

<p>If done with high school and have final grades and transcript which shows you have completed school, then you only need to send that transcript of your high school grades which also shows you graduated and need not send any mid year report. Yours would be both a secondary (high school) and final (one submitted after you graduate from high school) report combined.</p>
<p>Thanks for your comprehensive answer. I am fighting a hard battle with all the translations, so I must pay attention not to lose time translating useless reports.</p>
