Midyear Reports deadline?

<p>So I've applied to Penn, Harvard, Duke, etc, all common appliation schools. I realize each school has unique criteria but it seems that for the most part, all of them want the midyear report submitted by February 15th. Do they want the mid year reports postmarked by the 15th or received at the college by 15th?</p>

<p>Also, are they very strict about the deadlines? It's just that my school has been going through a scrunch crunch period and I've been told my mid year reports may not be sent till the 17th. (This is the worst case scenario, may not necessarily happen. Hopefully, my materials get sent tomorrow).</p>

<p>I’m guessing postmarked. As long as you send it ASAP, it’ll be okay. The admission offices still have to sort through the mail and put the report in your file etc which takes time. So they might never know if it was late (not like it matters that much).</p>
