Military Brat - Early Grduation

I’m planning on graduating early because we have to move again (for the 5th time) . I’m a junior in high school and I don’t see the point of transferring in the middle of my Senior year; if I graduate a semester early I’ll be able to finish with all my needed classes I’m just worried what colleges would think. Will it hurt my chances because I couldn’t take as much AP classes? I was thinking of going straight to a university in spring of 2019 since I would graduate in fall of 2019.
My college of choice is University if Florida (prepaid plan from when I lived there)

Freshman Year: Topics of History, Graphic Communications, Accelerated Biology, Algebra 1, Freshman English, Spanish 2, intro to Business, Money Management and intro to engineering (for college credit) + PE

Taking again and I know I can get a 30, the first one was meant as a benchmark and to alleviate some test anxiety

Your reason for deciding to graduate early makes perfect sense. Don’t worry about cutting back on full years’ of AP classes. If you really want to take the AP tests, you can arreange to do them wherever it is that your family ends up, or you can travel back to your current location and take the exams there.

I don’t see any issues. Pay close attention to the dates for UF, application and financial aid - they are really early. If you have a really old FPP, you may be entitled to instate tuition. Check on that and whatever documents you need to provide. FPP is run by a entity separate from the Dept of Education and often you need to follow up.
