So far I know about Texas A&M, Ohio State, and University of Colorado. Are there any others? I need NROTC as well. Thank you!
Sometimes, military history courses will be offered in ROTC-based departments as well as history departments, so you may want to check the catalogs.
If you want to become an officer in the US Navy, there is an obvious school to consider: US Naval Academy.
Gettysburg College has a cross-disciplinary minor in Civil War Studies. Major research universities will have faculty whose primary research focus is military history. Schools with flexibility to design your own major would create the opportunity for cross- disciplinary major involving history, poli sci, anthro, sociology.

I don’t want to go to a military academy so that takes out most of the suggestions…
Ohio University apparently has military history as a research specialty – just stumbled across it.
Check the schools on this list:

These are graduate programs with a military history specialization. Almost no undergrad history programs will offer a specialty in military history, only coursework. Many undergrad history programs, however, do equire or recommend that majors choose an concentration area of 3-4 courses, usually by broad historical periods or geographic regions, sometimes thematic.
Many international relations programs require both a thematic and regional specialization. A common thematic specialty is national security, which could include elective coursework in military history.
