I am a second year Business Student, working towards my (BSBA) Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

How would a minor in Accounting be/ Is it well-respected? Does it look good on a resume? And what jobs would it open me up to?

Thank you!

why don’t you do a concentration in accounting for your major instead.

What’s the difference between concentration and minor? Which looks better?

and I haven’t decided between either because I am still unsure, which is why I’m searching for more info.

A minor usually complement your major or is just for your own benefit. Since business administration is a broad major, you could have a concentration to specialize or focus on a subject like accounting.

Minors don’t mean anything unless if it’s a minor in accounting at UCLA, apparently.

A concentration and major are pretty much the same thing.
