So i applied to San Diego State during November of 2016. Long story short, i failed to realize that SDSU required the SAT score submission in December. Today, I decided I would send my SAT scores to my other schools because their deadlines are in February. I am freaking out right now because it takes 1-2 weeks for the scores to be processed and sent. SDSU is my first choice. Now I know that I am dumb and I deserve this for not doing my research but I am still very worried. Will they still review my application? I tried calling but they arent opne until tomorrow.
@adrmore91 - As difficult as it may be, don’t even worry about this until you speak to someone in the Admissions dept. I don’t know what Admission’s protocol is for something like this, but they’re a really wonderful group of people. You’re definitely not the only Aztec applicant who has forgotten to send test scores this year. If you were my kid, I’d tell you to go ahead and send the scores to SDSU so that when you speak with Admissions you can tell them you’ve ordered the scores and they are being processed. My child attends the school, and he’s found that they are usually very accommodating and flexible when working with students.
@Fish125 Thank you so much for the reply. I will call them tomorrow and hope for the best. Knowing this, I can stop worrying about this and finish homework
@adrmore91 - I believe the campus is closed tomorrow in observance of the holiday. When you call them though, be prepared to be on hold for a long time!
