I had been sick this entire week except for Friday so I completely forgot about my AP Exam Registration due date until Thursday night. So I check and form ready to turn in at school but due to a crazy amount of make-up tests and work I had in my classes, I forgot to turn it in during lunch and was planning on turning it in after school.
I then left one of my folders in one of my classes whose teacher had left school after the period was over, so I had to get a new check from my mom after school. However, the office was closed by the time I got back (which was around 3:45, and they usually don't close until 4:15).

Is there ANY possible way I can still turn it in (to anyone) to take the test? I've been preparing or this test for months now already, and I don't want all of my effort to go to waste. Not taking this test will also interfere with my plans in college and I can't let that happen. I am SO mad at myself for being so forgetful. I've emailed both college board and my school counseling office but they won't' get back to me until Monday (which is two days away!). The registration deadline was Friday, March 8th and its Saturday, March 9th right now.

So is there ANY way I can still register? They registration deadline date for all high schools couldn't have passed right? Eek, help!

Thanks!

im pretty sure there shouldn’t be a problem since the AP registration fees/etc for each school is due in mid-March (21st ?? not sure). Just talk to school people on monday or so, will be fine

You probably still can register; just talk to the official/adult at your school in charge of AP testing or talk to a teacher.

That’s weird. The due date at my school is March 28th. If you’re already in the AP classes I highly doubt that a few days difference will really matter, just find whoever is in charge of the AP program. I don’t think they’d actually be sending everything in that exact day, as the latest date to send things in is March 29th

Hey, I replied to that PM you sent me via an alternate email that I have.

At my school they were due Feb 22nd, but if you could turn it in up until late march (I don’t remember the exact date). But it’s $50 extra per test if you turn it in late. One of my friends turned it in a day late and her total costs came to $695 for 5 tests. Ouch

Oh and idk about your school but at mine they’re extremely strict about this stuff so I’d talk to your gc ASAP

yeah, i have the same problem. since my school is going to charge me $40 extra per test for registering late, should I just take my exams(BC calc, Bio, US) next year along with my other Junior year AP’s? AP exams are currently the least of my worries. BUt will colleges think its weird if they see that I took my sophomore AP exams junior year?
