well I have received a notification that the school has not received my application fee which I thought my counselor had sent my fee waiver 3 months ago. Therefore, I asked him to fax the fee waive letter last week. Is it too late now for me?
In addition, when I received the online checking cua JHU, I found out that I am missing the business/farm form. I tried to finish it early and sent it 2 weeks ago by mail.

I am just wondering if these listed above hurt me because the notification date is approaching and my fee waiver has not been received and my financial aid file has not yet been completed. I am just wondering if the evaluation process will be affected by this. In another word, does the school have to obtain all the files including the financial aid files before reviewing my application?

WealthOfInformation as always is correct -- post on College Confidential is not going to provide you any official information about your financial aid application nor the receipt of your fee waiver. You need to call the Admissions office regarding the fee waiver (410-516-8171) and you need to call the Financial Aid office regarding your aid documents (410-516-8028).

As far as your other question, your application for admission is being reviewed despite these documents not being received as they are not crucial to the review of your application. However, with out the proper documentation of your fee or fee waiver, your application file may remain incomplete and therefore we can not release a final decision. With regard to financial aid, there documentation deadlines are more sensitive and the late receipt of documents can impact how an aid package is reviewed. You will need to contact that office though for further details.
