Missing application files

I blundered and put the wrong address on the envelope. When is the latest I can send them by assuming I can still send them as of 1/15/2013.

Rather then send the files to the Cornell Application Processing Center, I sent it directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions so I have to resend.

Don’t ask this here. Call up Cornell admissions office and ask them directly!! :)

Will do but they’re closed and I’m getting anxious about it so I can’t help but ask someone here hoping for an answer. For all I know, that deadline for extra, missing materials, while unlikely, could be tomorrow in which case I’d fall unconscious from shock and terror.

Might it reflect negatively for me to send in documents late or does it not matter at all as they are still only filing the application documents and such?

Just send them in. At this point, late documents are late, and the magnitude of lateness isn’t going to greatly affect anything. If they are school documents, there will be some wiggle-room.

^ Yeah, agree with that! No point waiting, just send them ASAP and then call Cornell admissions at the earliest and let them know/ inquire about what happens next!!

Don’t worry. I called the admissions office for the same reason. They assured me this was not a problem, that both addresses were fine.

So no need to resend anything.

Like others have said, this is a non-problem. Do you think they just tossed it in the garbage? Relax.

Thanks everyone.
