Missing Information from Brandeis Portal

I just applied ED II to Brandeis a few days ago. I applied through Common App. When I go to my portal, it says that that my ED agreement is missing. I signed an ED agreement on Common App. It also says that my transcript from my school is missing, yet right above it the portal says that they have my transcript! So which one is it?

I’m a bit nervous because it says that all information except for Mid Year grades needs to be reported before January 1st. I can’t call them because they are closed until January 2nd! Anyone going through the same issues?

FWIW my D’s ED1 agreement for another school was listed as missing for the longest time and then just appeared suddenly as checked off. I believe the guidance counselor also has to submit knowledge of ED so maybe the college hasn’t downloaded this portion of the ED agreement? That’s a guess but don’t worry yet. If you can see you submitted everything on your end, take some screen shots. Pretty much every college is backlogged close to deadlines and during holidays. I’m sure it will be fine.
