<p>i gave my teachers the envelopes and they sent the letters a while ago. however, i only labeled the address to cornell, without my name or my teachers name. now my teacher recs are the only things missing from the self service thing. does anyone know if the college opens the envelopes to see who the recommendation is for?</p>
<p>you don't need to put your name on the envelope. You put your name at the top of the Common App TE Form so they use that. Don't worry. Cornell is two weeks behind so they're still sorting stuff.</p>
