<p>I applied Princeton REA, and two days ago I noticed a mistake on my common app. For one of my relatively minor activities (president of some club), I put 7 hours/40 weeks instead of 7 hours/10 weeks. I quickly emailed Princeton about this and made a correction. I can't imagine them making a big deal out of this in the grand scheme of things, but do you think it could negatively impact my decision?</p>
<p>One small error will have no impact. Admissions folks see small errors all the time. Regardless, the school probably made a decision before seeing the correction, and a typo is not going to change their minds. </p>
