On the Activities list, I put that for Hours/Week: 8, and Weeks/Year: 30, when it should be the other way around. Although this totals out to the same number of hours, should I do anything about it (like call the colleges or something?). I put see additional info for that, and on the additional info I put that I volunteered over summer...for which 30 weeks/year makes no sense. The only problem now is that I don't want to annoy the college admission officers (especially Yale's) by telling them of this mistake and one of the common apps that I sent was due on December 1st..meaning that they've probably already looked at it. Do you think it matters or do you think I should inform them of this mistake?

If you're really worried, send a replacement page - the whole page - with a brief note explaining why the replacement.

What if I put the wrong employer for my parents' work info on the common application (I put "self-employed" when it should be "unemployed") --> is it a big deal as I WILL be applying for financial aid.

in my own opinion Lubinli, you should call or email them, explaining to them the situation.

See post #2.

Your financial documents (FAFSA, CSS, etc.) are the ones that affect your financial aid award, so don't worry about the app.
