So the professor made a mistake with my grade giving me a B instead of a B+. I've tripled checked everything and asked my friends to calculate my grade just to make sure as well. I emailed the prof several times starting about a week ago and still no reply. He never answers anyone's emails.

Who do I go to in order to get this fixed?

hm. My son’s professors have been really good about answering his emails. Does he have an office on campus? Maybe you could call the department and ask how to get in contact with him. You could nicely explain your problem and ask what to do.

Aw man, I hate professors who ignore students’ emails. The best thing for you to at this point is to contact your TA if you had one.

you should use the chain of command while disputing a grade. Usually TA, professor, department chair, Dean and etc…

Also make sure he uses the same grading points system you are using. Look at the syllabus. Some teachers consider 94 an A, some 97, etc.

Thanks for the advice guys.

The head of the department fixed it for me. God I hate the chem department.

Lol! It was the chem department AGAIN? They made a mistake with my grade as well when I was freshman. They showed my final exam grade as 0, and so my final grade was shown as a C. Turns out that they couldn’t find my exam, and when they did, I got an A for the course.
