<p>Did he apply to any other SUNYs? If his counselor sent it to the main SUNY office, they mail it to all the schools you applied to</p>

<p>No, we don't send mail directly to schools. Occasionally, we'll call a high school if something's odd with a file, but most schools won't release a transcript without a student's permission. Odds are Fzr is probably right.</p>
