MIT educated Pakistani terrorist arrested

Does the US conduct any security checks on internationals proposing to enter US to study science and technology? Or monitor thereafter?

Female 'terror' scientist Aafia Siddiqui facing US court after extradition - Times Online

"Ms Siddiqui lived in the US for several years with her first husband, Dr Amjad Khan, studying biology at the elite Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. US security officials are said to believe that she was a sleeper agent, whose scientific education allowed her to become one of the few women to gain access to the inner circles of al-Qaeda, with its biological and chemical weapons programme. "

I read the article once and somewhat skimmed through it a second time...where does it say there is proof that she was a "sleeper agent?" I think if they prove her innocent in court today, US credibility/war on terror will perish to greater levels anonimity.

i think if j. mccain wins the presidency US credibility will perish to greater levels of ignominy

...should this be in college admissions?

I actually found this article quite humorous, despite it's complete seriousness.

Mit Is In Cambridge Ma Not Boston!!!!! >-(

Cambridge MA borders Boston!!
