Hey everyone, does anyone know what questions the MIT interviewers ask? I suspect that each interviewer will have a few questions that he/she came up with on their own, but are there any questions that MIT usually asks everyone?

no one knows?!!?!?! 114 views and not a single reply. Am I just not interesting enough?

my interviewer didn't actually ask me "why MIT?" surprisingly, she also didn't ask me why i wanted to major in computer science

she did ask me:
what my favorite subject was and why
what i did that day
what i enjoy doing
what i did during the two previous summers
what the extent of my math and science education was
if i had any questions for her (a good question i used to make things a bit more friendly was "is there really a nerd-crossing sign at MIT?")

if i remember any more, i'll post

Yeah my EC asked what my favourite subject was. I can't remember what else though =

My interviewer had an interview with me and two other people form my school at the same time. I think it was a bit impersonal, and it was kinda rude of her especialy becuase she did not call anyone of us after she said she would until literarly like the week before the deadline. She was nice though so hopefully she also worte us good things. She basicaly asked like why mit and what do you do for extracuricular. The whole thing for three people was like an hour and a half, so kinda short per person. I also had to do the "I did an interview" thing after I finished and mit didnt get the interview until like a month later.
