MIT Interview Scheduling and Naviance Recommendations?

Hi! I have 2 questions.

  1. I sent an email to my EC on Dec 10th to schedule an interview; however, he has not responded. I emailed interview@mit.edu two weeks later since their website said to contact them after 2 weeks of no response. Do I still have a chance to get an interview and will this affect my chances of getting in?
  2. Also, for my letter of recommendations, I requested them through Naviance and both say that they are submitted on Naviance. However, it says that they are not submitted on MyMIT. Is there something I need to do on MyMIT to connect it with my Naviance? Do I have to request the evaluation through MyMIT too?
