<p>Does that mean that they have already made their decisions and are sending the letters by mail?</p>
<p>I thought it would not be done until March??</p>

<p>trangham - you have 20 minutes after making a post in which you can change or delete it. Down at the bottom right hand corner of your post, between "report offensive post" and "reply", it will say "edit". Click on that w/in the 20 minutes and you can delete.</p>
