MIT: Subjects Taken Form missing

Hello, I’m about to submit my application at the MIT for a MSCEP degree, and started reading the Application FAQs for no reason, and I encounter this:

Do I have to fill out the “Subjects Taken Form” on the application?
If you uploaded a scanned transcript(s), you only need to enter information for courses not on those transcripts.

I’m a senior year student, so my transcripts do not include the subjects I’m taking right now, yet I can’t seem to find that form on the online application menu.
Is there something I’m missing? Or maybe I’m not required to fiil out that information? Any help would be appriciated, specially from people who already applied to this institution.

Your transcript might include subjects you are taking now as in progress.

Most of the applicants here are applying as freshman undergrads, not grad school applicants like you. I would contact MIT graduate admissions with your questions. They are very helpful!
