MIT Teacher Evaluation Forms - specifics

I printed the Evaluation forms from my mit website.

Even though I completed Part I, the name is not electronically written on the form. Is it the case for everybody to write the name, etc. (except signature of course, which is written by pen in either case) by pen?

Do I have to submit Part I and does something different happen? Thanks

I just want to know "what I have to do" but I can't find instructions on it. Thanks.

I just wrote everything down in pen, starting with a blank form.

They confirmed that they have received every part, so it apparently worked.

Thank you.
And Can I ask one more question?:

I don’t have to send in Part I for any date before the deadline, right?
THe website says something like “submission of Part I” to continue workingon Part 2.
But I can hand in both parts before Jan.1 if I’m regular right?

They have to receive your Part 1 before the Part 2 section is available if I’m not mistaken.

But you can surely do your essays ahead of time anyway.

Part 1 is simply personal information and not anything very significant in the overall application (ECs, awards, essays, etc…)

At least for early action you could work on Part 2 without having submitted Part 1. You just couldn’t submit Part 2 until you submitted Part 1.

I assume regular action is the same.
