These 3 universities fluctuate a lot on different "top CS universities" charts, which one do you think is the best?

How much do you care about diversity of student body diversity, sports, weather, pretty girls, etc?

I’m guessing you’re in high school. You’ll realize in a year or two that schools are ranked by tiers. No need to figure out 1vs 2 vs 3. They’re all tier one.

What tier would UCLA be considered?

You also certainly can’t bank on getting into even one of them…

You’re going to get a comparable education at any of those schools, or any of a number of other schools. They’re all on the same level academically. As others have mentioned, there’s not much real data on which you can separate them in order of 1, 2, 3.

Well, although you cannot separate them in the order of 1,2 or 3 , you still gotta make a choice right? ;)

MIT - MIT is serious stuff. They got entire laboratories and facilities ( like the MIT Media Labs) dedicated to CS. MIT is also quite internally competitive on the matter - that is, they do take their science seriously. So, if you are REALLY , REALLY “DEIDICATED” to CS, like you want to design new compilers or work with augmented reality or solve the p=np problem or do a 1 trillion data mining set or such or even if you dont. If you are really dedicated to CS , I would rate MIT at the top. You can check out their CS lectures on YT.

2.Harvard - It’s great! I mean people from all over the world knows it’s introductory CS course, CS50 and it’s instructor, David J Malan. Frankly, Harvard is a much more fun experience than MIT. People there are intelligent yet they know how to party gooood.

And Harvard is comparable to … Stanford! I am surprised it’s not on your list. Stanford has two or actually three perks to it – A Good Faculty, A supreme location ( Silicon Valley!) and a Great Alumni ! Consider Stanford at par with MIT and Harvard as well.
