Well I’m counting on the Engineering to stand out especially due to all of my leadership positions in those clubs.
The essays, idrk if they are incredible since I have nothing to base off of, just what I have heard from others

It all depends on how much the commanders and recruiting officers like you and how much they are willing to push admissions
