Mixed reviews on 11th marks. Don't know what to do! :(

I'm applying to UK unis for CS! No US ones (due to bad 11th marks) I contacted so many people, attended education fairs. Someone's saying they require 11th marks, someone's saying they don't. I'm studying under CBSE board scored 10 CGPA (APPROX. 95%), University of Edinburgh is my top choice. On UCAS, it says you need to report scores which are set by the examination board. I'm SOOOO CONFUSED RIGHT NOW. I'm not applying to highly selective schools like LSE, Oxbridge, Imperial etc but at least I don't want my 11th marks to be the reason of rejection from EDINBURGH as well. Please if anyone knows- do I need to submit 11th scores? :( I BEG YOU TO HELP PLZ!

bump!

I contacted 2-3 universities directly and they said they will review them.

You have to send a photocopy of your 11th grade report card directly to the university including your grade 10 and grade 12 midterms and predicted grades.

BTW are grade 10 mid terms important? My grade 10 mid term marks are pretty bad. However, I secured 95% in the board result itself. The reason being much of what was taught in class 10 in my school was out of syllabus.

I am talking about US colleges BTW.

@seamon, your grade 10 mid terms are not important, your 10th board result is excellent. You have no reason to worry. Universities ask for grade 10 final marksheet.

Well, I met the university representatives face to face and they said they don’t require them, I even contacted Edinburgh India office, they said all you need is 10th and 12th predicted grades. I contacted official agents of UK unis they also said 11th marks aren’t required. I don’t know about LSE, Oxbridge, Imperial, UCL but pretty much sure Unis like bristol, manchester, King’s Nottingham, and Edinburgh, Sheffield don’t need them.

I’m pretty much sure 11th marks aren’t required.

@halamadrid then you are good to go!
