<p>Do MMW's have to be taken in order? </p>
<p>I'd much rather take two (or maybe one) fine arts GE's my 1st quarter instead of MMW1. This may or may not be a good choice. Any comments?</p>

<p>If you're asking if you have to enroll in MMW1 your first quarter, then the answer is no. However, because MMW is a series, the only time you'll be able to enroll in MMW1 is during fall quarter or summer session (MMW2= Winter & MMW3= Spring). So if you choose not to enroll in the course this coming fall, you'll have to wait till summer '08 or fall '08 to take it.</p>
<p>MMW is tight.</p>
<p>some of my friends took/are taking mmw4-6 during summer session because it was easier and less painful (i'm not sure of the details, i'm not an erc student), so that may be an option for you for next summer if you want to free up your schedule</p>
