Have you checked the features listed in your Control Panel? One feature that is currently available under Edit Options allows you to list 40 posts per page.

What i meant was similar to the option listed above could we have an option to view more threads per page (not the posts in each thread)

I think hello is talking about the character limit where if you type less than 10 characters, you cannot post. You get a ‘pop up message’ telling you this.
When a simple “no” would do it, you have to write “no, don’t do that.”
A quality post is rarely less than ten characters… 
i’m curious: why is the number of posts shown under my name at the left different than the number of posts i’ve actually posted? it says 14, but i’ve posted 18 times.
I looked at the posts you made. Posts down at the Cafe don’t count toward your post total. Hope that helps.
it also takes 4 posts for it to start recording, at least it did when the new cc first launched
