Is housing only guaranteed for freshmen and sophomore years?
@dramamama3 it appears that after sophomore year you can’t live on campus unless you are an RA or something, but my parents and I have looked into it and (assuming you live in a relatively inexpensive apartment, like $1000-ish a month) it’s about the same cost as living on campus, and is actually less if you take into account the money you save on the train (since if you live on campus during sophomore-senior year you take the train into the city 3 days a week, but if you live in the city then you only have to take the train to Molloy 2 days a week), and there are several current students living in apartments not in Manhattan (like some live in Brooklyn and Queens) and that ends up definitely costing less than the cost of housing on campus at Molloy!
