More info about the ARC?

<p>I was wondering if the ARC is more like a student rec center where everything is free, or do they charge you for using the facilities. Can you just go in there and play basketball in their gym, climb on the rock climbing wall, or exercise in the gym? Or do you need to pay membership?</p>
