yo guys just wondering, is the arc free for students if you wanna do weight training or go swimming or something but you don't live on campus? also, can you bring people with you?

Here’s the info on ARC “memberships”:

[UCI Campus Recreation](http://www.campusrec.uci.edu/membership/index.asp)

Full-time students are covered through their student fees. If you want to bring a guest, it’s $5 a day for a guest pass.

:D ty mamoose XD i just dug up that site myself as well lol

one question tho does that include everything, like swimming stuff as well? or just the gym / weight room

I assume the whole gym is free for students.

Yes, general facility use (including the pool and weight rooms) is free. You only pay if you want things like sessions with a personal trainer, massages, etc.

If you dig around on that website we both dug up (all that menu stuff on the left), you can see what’s free and what’s for-fee.

The ARC is great! Some of the scheduled Campus Rec activities are free and some have small fees -you can try them for a week first. You can sign up for Camp Rec using electronic add, just like for regular classes, but most people just go.
You’ll want a lock for a locker.
