<p>I'm not even close to going to college much less law school however, I do know that I want to be a lawyer. I was wondering if you can be two kinds of lawyer at once. For instance, can you be both a corporate lawyer and a prosecutor. Or can you be a defense lawyer and a prosecutor? I know this question is a bit silly but I'm really curious. Thanks :)</p>
<p>No. You cannot work for the govt while in private practice. Appellate, yes.</p>
