most common words used in conversation for highschoolers

<p>“Like” seems to have gotten pretty popular.</p>

<p>the, a, at, to, too, and, of, in, is, and maybe the occasional it.</p>

<p>I use “like” so much it’s not even funny :frowning:
alongside dude, totally, and my barbaric language B)</p>

<p>“Legit”</p>

<p>I despise this word so much; I wish for all of its proponents to be damned to the pits of hell.</p>

<p>“Mad” used as an adjective. </p>

<p>A lot of high schoolers really seem to like British slang (and spelling!).</p>

<p>Lol this is a good insight into other state’s teen’s culture. Cause in Oklahoma we don’t use “bro” alot of us say “dude” or “man”</p>
