My friends and I were having an argument: what is the most expensive musical instrument to maintain?

A Stradivarius violin wins. Hands down.

I read this psychology book and this guy once put one on top of his car and drove away without realizing. Kinda sad.

^ What? Are you saying he stole your violin? Where does the psychology book come into it? And how can you put a violin on top of your car without realizing it?

^he probably forgot that he put it on there

yep… stradivarius or guarneri

The people who lived in my aunt’s house before her had a Strad. It was crazy.

fairy_dreams is right here. soooo expensive!!!

Hmm, probably a contra-bassoon.

Obviously a strad, this isn’t a question. They’re so old!

How about a pipe organ? I mean, come on, those things are ridiculous.

The triangle.

^^^ haha triange.

actually, sadly, I really don’t know how expensive it is.

I’m not sure how much violins cost, but grand pianos are lots of $$$. But that’s all I really know the price of.

Probably an older instrument or a piano. Tuning costs a lot.
