What are the most important things a teacher should touch on in the letter of recommendation? My teacher wants me to tell her what sort of things she should emphasize. Things like character, co curricular involvement, academic achievement, things like that. I know I don't want her to make the letter like a resume (but I will provide one for her).

Also, in providing a resume to my teacher, should I list my test scores (SAT, SAT II's, AP's) as well as my GPA?

Thanks!

This applies for everywhere:

You might ask your teacher what sort of information about you she would find helpful in writing the rec. She probably doesn’t want to see your test scores, but maybe she does. Maybe she’s curious about why you found x aspect of her class really interesting! Why did you find it so compelling? Whatever. Getting guidance from her, rather than the internet, on that point is probably best because it’ll be person-specific.
