I am not joining any of these clubs. It’s just that a lot of people at our school call the the school’s clubs nerdy, but I thought that our school clubs are so normal (art, spanish, french, film, yearbook, etc.).

JROTC isn’t nerdy.

I think that’s a winner.

video game club (every day one of the classrooms is filled with people playing super smash bros. brawl)

philosophy club, but I’m the one who started it so it’s of course really cool

knitting club

i’m proud to say i’m not in any one of these clubs mentioned

MUN aint nerdy. It’s pwnage.

as someone said before me, varsity writing?

I think it’s stereotypical to say that Asian Club is nerdy.

Hey, book club isn’t that nerdy:) We actually do stuff in book club that are a lot fun. Best food at every meeting, it’s great.

Chess Club
Academic Decathlon
Anime Club

there used to be an SAT prep club in my school…

^lol, very useful. Might save people a few thousand dollars of SAT prep.

I don’t get why the Asian clubs are considered nerdy for some people? Asian club doesn’t equal Japanese fanatics huddled around watching anime and reading manga. A lot of Asian clubs/student organizations in my city do singing&dance performances, teach Asian culture, have group outings and do community service - including the Asian student organization I’m a part of (and running) at school. Sorry if I sound a little defensive here, but I just don’t get it? lol.

A nerdy club at my school… No club at my school only consists of nerds since my whole school is a special magnet school; the whole student population is considered “nerdy”. The only club I would truly consider nerdy at my school is the Problem Solving & Math Puzzles Club. They just play the 24 game, Set, sudokus, and solve math word problems.

Asian Culture Club isn’t nerdy, at least at my school. Math club on the other hand…

Anime Exeter

Here’s the description:Anime Exeter is a club for people with interests in Asian Anime. Screenings of various anime, including classics and more modern films, are held weekly throughout the year. Trips to Boston for Anime conventions will be offered.

CCism Youth Gospel Choir

I’m a nerd, I would join Anime Exeter. I’ve been wanting to go to an anime con for years.

We have an anime club. I also helped to start a Roleplaying Club.

But we play Magic every 8th period study hall.

We have a Powderpuff Team and an Anime Club…nothing too weird. I’m VP of Key Club, which I guess is kind of nerdy, but whatever. xD

Star Wars Appreciation Club, Twilight Lovers Club… no joke. O.O

BHS Quidditch Team
