I’m waiting for the day someone takes all 35 AP exams.

I’m including the new Russian Language and Culture exam, which hasn’t been released yet.

I’m currently a sophomore, but I plan to do the following AP exams for junior and senior year.

9th: 1 - Human Geography
10th: 4 - Computer Science A, Chemistry, European History, World History
11th: 6 - Calculus AB, Biology, Music Theory, US History, Spanish Language, English Language
12th: 13 (6 are self-studied) - Calculus BC, Physics C (Mechanics), US Government, Macroeconomics, Psychology, Art History, English Literature, Microeconomics, Comparative Government, Statistics, Physics B, Spanish Literature, Environmental Science

9 - None
10 - None (None were offered my sophomore year, but starting the grade after me they can take AP Euro instead of World Civ, that we had to take.)
11 - Euro History (1 - and I’m proud!) US History (2 - I was stressed to the max because I had to take Euro History the same day), English Lang (2 - They lost my FRQs)
12 - US Government (expecting a 1, as is everyone else in my class), US History retake (expecting a 3/4) Biology (I didn’t take the exam, because I knew I wouldn’t pass, and I can take the CLEP exam for the same credit. I’m going to study more and take the CLEP exam).

I don’t understand when people say “they lost my FRQs”, does collegeboard do anything about it or they just say hey that sucks for you and give you a bad score?

If the FRQs and MC are evenly weighted (like AP Lang), they just double your MC. If not, they set up a proportion. Of course, if you’re depending on your FRQs, you’re screwed.

Holy crap, you guys are INSANE. My guidance counselors/classmates all freaked out when I told them I was taking 6 and then self studying 2 or 3…How on earth can you take 10 or 15 in one year??? My respect goes out to you, but man, so does my pity. Wow…And I thought I was above average with 4 AP’s done by the end of my sophomore year…

Honestly, even if I don’t get straight 5’s, I won’t be too distraught, I had a great experience learning all sorts of new stuff I thought I would never seek out, like art history and euro; I’m not really a history buff.

9 this year because I graduated early so no other opportunity to take them. AP Coord advised me not to… Flat out said I could not do it. (Last year one of my teachers didn’t believe in a could self study BC … got a 5. )

Overall happy with my results.
Six 5s
One 4
Two 3s

I almost reached my theoretical max… but I got a 3 on chem instead of 4(max since self studied with no lab experience) :-/ (APUSH = 3 because of essay bottleneck and BIO = 4 because too much info bottleneck)
